This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Birmingham, AL. The responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, or investing in properties, conducting market analyses, generating leads, showing properties, and negotiating contracts. The agent will engage in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
Qualifications- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Knowledge of Real Estate practices and Real Property regulations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus
- Familiarity with the Birmingham, AL real estate market is a bonus
