The Sales Associate sets the standard in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience s role helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

• Deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and coordinating with opticians.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
• Comfort with new technology and high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and adapt to changing environments
