We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to join our team and lead our sales strategy to the next level across the Southern region and national retail channels

Location: Birmingham, AL (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $85,000 - $160,000/year + performance bonuses
About the RoleThe Sales Director will spearhead the company’s sales operations, manage key national and regional accounts, build B2B partnerships, and develop strategic initiatives to expand brand presence in grocery, big box retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels

This role requires a senior-level sales leader with proven experience successfully placing products into major grocery and big box retailers
, executing regional and national rollouts
, and growing online marketplace accounts such as and
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
- Lead efforts to secure and expand placement in grocery and big box retailers
, including but not limited to Kroger, Publix, HEB, Tractor Supply, and grocery cooperatives/associations - Manage and grow key e-commerce accounts
, including , , and other major online retail platforms - Drive regional and phased product roll-outs with large retail and big box clients
- Identify and secure B2B opportunities with retailers, distributors, and large-volume buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, buyers, and strategic partners
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, product launches, and retail support initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team to support continued expansion
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company values in every interaction
- 7+ years of senior-level sales experience
, with a strong background in grocery, big box retail, and CPG sales - Proven experience successfully getting products placed in major grocery and big box stores
- Demonstrated success working with retailers such as Kroger, Publix, HEB, Tractor Supply, and grocery associations
- Hands-on experience managing and growing e-commerce sales channels
, including Amazon and Walmart Marketplace - Proven track record of executing regional or national product roll-outs with large retail partners
- Strong B2B sales background with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage
, or related industries strongly preferred - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment
