Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Member at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The role includes greeting guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve breakfast and dinner items according to company standards.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality standards.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work early hours (as early as 3am), weekends, and varied schedule without evenings or nights.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior restaurant, retail, or guest‑service experience is a plus, but not required.

• Flexible schedule – never work past 3pm.
