Front Cashier

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of the House

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations, enhancing their overall experience.
• Maintain an organized and clean cashier area, including restocking necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support as needed.
• Address customer concerns or issues promptly and elevate to management when necessary.
• Uphold all safety and security protocols to safeguard both customers and team members.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Drive Thru experience a plus!!!
• A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
