Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder)

Pay range is based on experience from $15 to $17 per hour. Competitive wages, monthly uncapped bonus potential paid on store and individual performance. Opportunity to earn a $0.50 raise after initial 5‑week paid training program and transition to Lead Pawnbroker.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions, negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store team members, creating a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
• Lead the way for career growth, coaching others and building a positive team culture.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, excellent judgment, strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build ongoing customer relationships.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics is a plus.
• Sales background, bilingual language skills, and additional qualifications are a plus.
