Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums up to $3 per hour may apply under certain circumstances.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
