What will be your daily routine:

The position to be filled is a versatile sales consultant (H/F). Under the supervision of the store manager, this position is to ensure the commercial dynamism of the sales area and guarantee customer satisfaction.

The main duties of the position are: organizing and maintaining the shelves, stock rotation and replenishment, welcoming and advising customers, ensuring the good maintenance of the cash register, recording items, cash handling, participating in all other missions contributing to the good development of the store (cleaning, inventories…).

You will be asked to complete your working time with other tasks related to the functioning of the cooperative (including replacing colleagues in different sectors).

• You have a good knowledge of organic products and an interest in all sectors of fruits and vegetables, cheeses, catering, wine shop, grocery, well-being
• You have a taste for presenting products according to commercial animations
• You are a salesperson and care about retaining customers by ensuring an impeccable welcome and level of advice
• You show rigor and have a sense of priorities and a taste for teamwork
• You enjoy the diversity of your missions and are endowed with a great capacity for autonomy, initiative taking in a team and adaptability
• You are sensitive to the social and solidarity economy, you are concerned about the development of organic agriculture for all and you aspire to be part of a human company growing for more than 30 years.
