Salary Range includes Base Hourly Rate plus Package Sales Commission. As a Guest Service/Sales Associate at European Wax Center, you play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your upbeat and friendly demeanor, coupled with your sales acumen, ensures every guest interaction is positive and memorable.

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
• Proactively educate guests on all of our wax pass options, current promotions, the benefits of waxing regularly and prebooking.
• Be knowledgeable on all aspects of EWC including our retail line.
• Uphold Artemis Wax standards and protocols at all times.
• Address guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and inviting front desk and lobby area, upholding the brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay on top of brand knowledge and sales techniques.

• Work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others, and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.
• Adapt to changes in activity frequently as the business requires.
• Work is performed indoors with a moderate and controlled temperature.
• Stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day; standing, walking, and sitting are required, varying in length from day to day.
• Exert well‑paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Communicate constantly through talking and hearing with clients, co‑workers, and management.

• One year of related service or retail experience. Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with guests.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills.
