Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all associates and managers provide exceptional customer service and “Wow the Customer” through personal contact.
• Achieve CSAT score goals set by the District Manager.
• Lead front‑end operations, including cash management, register functions, and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of all associates.
• Drive store sales, control expenses, and support key metrics such as Sales, ADS, CSAT and cost management.
• Handle cash procedures, prepare bank deposits, authorise register functions, and comply with Human Resources policies.
• Perform merchandising tasks: receiving, stocking, staging, packing, and unloading merchandise; loading and unloading trucks; checking shipments; maintaining the stock room and sales floor.
• Perform store maintenance tasks such as garbage removal, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and general upkeep.
• Support payroll processes and ensure payroll remains within budget.

Additional Operational Requirements

• Frequently operate a cash register.
• Move merchandise up to 25 lbs and lift items up to 5–10 ft.
• Use ladders to retrieve and store stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop; stand upright 80 % of the time.
• Communicate accurately with customers, management, and coworkers via telephone and in person.
• Interpret email and print instructions for merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi‑tasking and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
