Job Overview
The main priority of Deli / Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers.
Responsibilities- Prepare quality products for customers.
- Engage with customers at the service counter.
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
- Clean and maintain proper food safety standards.
- Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour (may equal or exceed required minimum wage)
- Performance incentives (annual or quarterly)
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific conditions (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed)
