ALO is hiring a Seasonal Operations Associate for the Birmingham, AL area. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences during peak periods, while upholding ALO Brand standards and driving operational excellence.
You will work part-time (up to 20 hours/week) during the busy season, including a Blackout period spanning Thanksgiving to late January. You will collaborate with store leadership to optimize inventory, visuals, and overall store performance.
