We are seeking Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and have a profound knowledge of our product lines. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with customers about our products and show them how to use them effectively. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently on their own initiative and will be able to work well with a team.

• Answer customer questions and resolve problems.
• Verify prices and resolve billing and checkout errors.
• Fulfill special requests of customers.
• Follow the store's policies and procedures.
• Protects store merchandise from theft and damage.
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-organized, inviting, and clutter-free work area.
• Interact with customers to ensure they have a positive store experience.
• Respond to customer complaints.
