The RoleWe are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves connecting with people and helping them take their first step toward financial freedom. This is a full‑time, remote (U.S. only) position with a base salary plus commission. You will be the friendly, confident voice that welcomes new leads—people who have listened to our podcast, joined our community, or downloaded our resources—and helps them discover how Wealth Without Wall Street can help them reach their goals.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Reach out to inbound leads via phone, text, and email (no cold calling strangers)
- Listen to each person's story and help them find the next right step
- Schedule discovery calls for our coaches and wealth strategists
- Manage and track your pipeline in our CRM (Hub Spot)
- Collaborate with our marketing and coaching teams to improve how we connect and convert
- You're a natural communicator who loves people and believes in our mission
- You're confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections with empathy
- You're driven, goal‑oriented, and thrive in a results‑based environment
- You're organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in sales, customer service, or financial coaching is a plus—but passion and attitude matter more
