Experience Leader (Architecture)
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and self-motivated sales professional who will specialize in client service and sales. The Experience Leader will aggressively grow our relationship with our clients and serve as the main point of contact by managing the full client experience. The Experience Leader will be actively driving a full sales cycle to attain new enhancements by identifying & qualifying the opportunity.
Our Experience Leaders stay in constant communication with our clients, maintaining a record of sales opportunities, present proposals for enhancement services, and follow up accordingly. The Thrive Experience leaders must meet & exceed monthly and annual sales budget in assigned territory, communicate proactively with customer requests, and leads daily to build and maintain a trust based professional relationship. Regular property audits must be performed to ensure our clients receive the highest quality service.
Communication and coordination with Operations Managers is imperative.
This position requires a highly competitive, positive, and result driven sales professional. Dedication to continual self-improvement, resilience, ability to overcome objections, and strong negotiation skills are necessary. Individual must provide a track record of success. Horticultural and landscape enhancement knowledge is preferred, but not required. Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record and meet physical/body position requirements as stated by the Americans with Disabilities Act Section 4.0.
