Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for building relationships with our customers and assuring their business needs are met.

• Have positive interactions and communication with all customers and suppliers.
• Manage multiple customer orders, associated tasks, and projects simultaneously and respond quickly to all customer requests.
• Take responsibility for the profitability of each of your individual customer order transactions (w orking in conjunction with Field Sales and Management when necessary).
• Manage customers and suppliers with a positive attitude.
• Work to meet required customer ship dates.
• Take responsibility for the completion of your orders through the invoicing stage.
• Process orders and quotations on an accurate and timely.
• Provide quotation copies to field sales reps on a timely basis.
• Work closely with field sales to meet customer needs (quotations, pricing, project work, product research, expediting)
• Keep customer cross-reference and customer contract pricing current.

• 3+ years in an Inside Sales or Customer Service Role

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
