Acquisition Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Birmingham, AL

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales and service—not just work a job. It leads directly to owning and operating your own State Farm Agency within 18-24 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage prospective customers through phone calls, email, text, and community outreach
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and existing customers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly acquisition goals
  • Track activity and results to ensure progress toward objectives
  • Maintain compliance with office procedures and insurance regulations
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable initiating contact with new people
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to obtain applicable state insurance licenses (training and guidance provided)
