Position: New Build Key Account Manager
Birmingham (field based - covering the whole of the Midlands territory)

What Will You Be Doing?

Develop and execute an effective business plan to increase sales with the existing and new regional/national house builders.

Adopting highly personable skills, to strengthen relationships to realise additional specification sales opportunities.

Pro-actively managing and supporting Top 20 Contractors with customer related issues; e.g. training, marketing, financial, aftersales to ensure customer expectations are met in and exceeded in terms of quality, accuracy and timescale.

Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded within the agreed timeframe, to contribute towards the achievement of the regional sales target.

About You:

Well-established relationships with contractors, specifiers, National New Build Developers, with a track record for nurturing their success.

Excellent ability at influencing early stages, in order to build a solid sales pipeline.

Highly organised who enjoys the autonomy in managing your own work schedule.

Customer-centric mindset, with thorough technical product knowledge of air source heat pumps.

A proactive self-starter who thrives in identifying and winning untapped sales potential.
