Account Manager

Talent Recruiting Professionals is seeking an Account Manager for a growing technology solutions company headquartered in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, curious, driven, and motivated by building long-term customer relationships.

This is not a high-volume call center environment. You’ll work directly with customers, learn a highly specialized technology product line, and build your own book of business over time. The company provides hands‑on coaching, strong leadership access, and a clear path for income growth. This position offers a guaranteed base salary + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through phone and email outreach
• Follow up on inbound leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
• Manage and grow a book of business over time
• Consistently execute outbound sales activity and follow‑up
• Collaborate internally to ensure customer satisfaction and order accuracy
• Track sales activity and pipeline progress within CRM tools
• Learn technical products and become a trusted resource for customers
