Senior Events​/Canvasser

Champion Windows is seeking a dedicated part‑time Senior Field Marketer to join our team. The role focuses on scheduling appointments, representing our company at events, and driving the success of our field marketing efforts.

$18.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commission

• Research and Planning:
  Map out areas for outreach, assess staffing needs, and create/manage schedules for Field Marketers.
• Team Management:
  Assist in hiring, train, set expectations, supervise field activities, and address performance issues.
• Accuracy and Compliance:
  Ensure all appointments are accurate and complete, adhere to budget and ROI requirements.
• Product Knowledge:
  Maintain thorough understanding of products to answer customer questions and demonstrate offerings at events.
• Client Engagement:
  Approach and engage prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Appointment Scheduling:
  Set up in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Event Support:
  Oversee setup and breakdown of booths at events.
• Culture:
  Help contribute to a positive company culture.
• Technology Use:
  Utilize mobile technologies for data entry and tracking.

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit and proven prospect‑engagement track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand 8–10 hours and walk 4–8 hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

In addition to base pay, the position offers a commission structure that can elevate earnings to an estimated $18–$21 per hour plus weekly commissions of $750–$1,500 or more, depending on experience, market, education, and certifications.
