Sales Consultant, Client Relationship Manager, B2B Sales
The Consultation Specialist conducts immigration consultations with prospective clients and helps them understand the legal pathways offered by Solano Law Firm. Clients trust us with some of the biggest decisions of their lives, and this role exists to convert qualified consultations into retained clients through relationship building, strategic discovery, education, objection handling, follow-up, and an exceptional client experience.
This is not a call center role. A successful Consultation Specialist combines empathy with confidence, structure with warmth, and sales ability with integrity. You will not provide legal advice or represent yourself as an attorney. Your responsibility is to gather information, educate clients on the firm's process and potential pathways under attorney supervision, identify opportunities for legal review, and guide qualified prospects toward representation.
