Sales Support, Clinical Specialist - Heart Rhythm Management Image Guided Therapy Devices (Alabama/Florida Panhandle)

As a Clinical Specialist with our Lead Management team you will provide clinical expertise and organic revenue generation and growth to drive customer engagement and accelerate the sales process. You will assist in developing a highly knowledgeable customer base, drive and sustain Health Care Provider Education efforts, and help drive full product portfolio utilization to meet the needs of our customers.

• Conduct formal product/sales presentations to clinical decision makers and physicians within hospital, practice, or clinical setting. Coordinate with Philips IGTS (Systems) and IGTD (Devices) teams to deliver customized solutions for our customers.
• Prospect for new customers and grow and maintain target revenue volume in assigned accounts together with Territory Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
• Grow awareness of the clinical application of Philips IGTD products by recruiting physicians and staff to attend training programs and in‑services. Support evaluation of new products and provide clinical feedback to marketing and sales.
• Keep tabs on competitive products, current and future IGTD products, and relevant clinical publications and updates. Consistently improve clinical and sales acumen, competitive product knowledge, and customer relationship/sales skills.
• Travel:
  Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

• Have 5+ years of experience in clinical sales.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge; confident in engaging stakeholders to present a value proposition; excellent planning, organizational, project management and time management skills; professional presence that influences desired results with external and internal partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Capable of meeting the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements of this sales position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $110,500 – $192,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Birmingham.
