• Represent brands at live retail events and promotional campaigns
• Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
• Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently
• Assist with event setup, branding displays, and campaign execution
• Support customer acquisitions and the sales process
• Work alongside team leaders to achieve daily performance goals
• Gather customer feedback and market insights
