Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Product Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting sales activities by providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, and facilitating smooth sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information on product features and benefits.
- Support the sales team in processing orders and managing sales transactions efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory and availability to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to prepare promotional materials and organize product displays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
