Position Summary
This is a high-visibility, outside sales development role. You will not be an office-bound account manager; you will actively work the territory to identify, audit, and close large-scale commercial fleets.
We are seeking a driven, self-motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to expand our market share and drive revenue growth within our designated territory. In this field-based role, you will travel to meet prospective and existing corporate clients face-to-face, identify their specific business needs, and present tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Source new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry trade shows. - Client Meetings & Presentations:
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers (e.g., C-suite, directors, and business owners) to demonstrate products and articulate value. - Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough needs and cost-benefit analyses for clients to provide consultative, customized solutions. - Pipeline Management:
Maintain a highly organized sales pipeline by logging all activities, client interactions, and progress in our CRM system. - Negotiation & Closing:
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals and meet assigned sales targets. - Account Management:
Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, providing ongoing support, handling concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor local market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of proven, verifiable B2B outside sales experience. - Skills:
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot), Microsoft Office, and mobile sales tools. - Travel:
Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory (with occasional overnight stays for conferences or regional meetings). - Mindset:
Highly independent, organized, and results-driven with a "hunter" mentality. - Requirements:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Compensation & Performance Perks

- Base Salary: $50,000 $ 55,000 base salary (depending on baseline industry experience).
- Uncapped Commission Structure:
