• Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions
• Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience

• 3+ years of In-Home Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management in High End Retail/ Restaurant experience preferred (Must be self-driven with a leader mindset.)
• Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking, must be a storyteller with strong speaking skills
• Experience with Apple products preferred
• A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales
• Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every customer appointment
