Responsibilities
  • Prospect aggressively through outside sales, referrals, networking and community outreach
  • Generate and close new business across Auto, Home, Business and Life Insurance
  • Conduct high impact policy reviews to upsell, cross sell and retain clients
  • Negotiate policies confidently while aligning with company guidelines
  • Follow up relentlessly on leads, quotes, renewals and referrals
  • Execute marketing and lead generation strategies to dominate your local market
  • Deliver strong customer service that turns clients into long term relationships
  • Maintain accurate documentation and sales activity records
  • Use data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience (outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing or similar)
  • Strong closer mentality with confidence handling objections and negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills – you can simplify complex concepts and sell value
  • Competitive, goal oriented and motivated by income and performance
  • Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline without micromanagement
  • Customer focused but sales driven mindset
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus
  • Active or willing to be active in the local community
