We’re seeking a Territory Manager (MEP) to lead sales and customer relationships in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing markets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a territory of MEP accounts, including daily in-person account visits.
  • Analyze sales metrics in Salesforce, Power BI, and Show Pad to create a routing schedule.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and internal teams.
  • Drive top‑line sales through strategic initiatives, sell‑in opportunities, and lead generation.
  • Conduct distributor and end‑user training, product demonstrations, and field support.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, and utilize Power BI for analytics.
  • Manage a sales budget, plan travel, and track key performance indicators.
  • Travel up to 50% locally and 30% overnight as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering preferred;
    Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in product, commercial or industrial sales.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience analyzing Power BI and Salesforce data for growth planning.
  • Goal‑oriented with a proven record of meeting or exceeding measurable performance goals.
  • Ability to travel, hold a valid driver’s license, and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and competent with a smartphone.
