Unique Account Manager role with highly reputable, fast-growing financial and medical liens company. Ideal for charismatic sales professionals who create memorable relationships with clients.

** Please note, while this is a remote role, the candidate must reside in the greater Birmingham, AL area, and be able to travel within that territory**

Company offerings include:

  • Plaintiff Cash Funding:
    We provide money upfront to clients who are hurt due to an accident, instead of having to wait for their legal case to settle. We take pride in helping our community by keeping our injured clients financially afloat during difficult times due to an accident that was not their fault.
  • Doctors and Surgery Centers on Lien:
    We have a network of doctors, surgery centers and hospitals that treat personal injury victims on lien. We provide funding for surgery centers and hospital fees. We also assist with doctor scheduling and coordinating client medical care.

TITLE: Account Manager

SALARY
: $65k - $80k (yearly salary increase based on Performance) $400 per month car stipend + $25 cell phone

BONUS
:
Uncapped Commission. Likely first year $15k - $55k

LOCATION
:
Remote, however potential for extensive weekday travel for territory needs, will be reimbursed for travel needs/hotel stays.

REPORTS TO: Regional Director of Sales

Ideal Account Manager Candidate
:

  • Open to candidates that come from staffing/recruiting, legal, hospitality sales, or medical/pharma.
  • Existing relationships with medical offices or personal injury firms highly preferred.
  • Must be able to build relationship quickly, creating memorable experiences with clients
  • High energy, ambitious, and reliable with a positive demeanor.
  • Comfortable creating relationships through conference attendance, one
    -on-one client visits, office visits, lunches/dinners, etc. This role requires extensive in-person presence with potential and existing
    65 clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Must have 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships, meeting goals, and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and utilizing performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce preferred.
