Position Overview

The Field Sales Representative role is responsible for driving incremental growth across Monogram Foods’ branded businesses. This role supports a mix of in‑person customer interactions (including HQ and retail level calls), remote selling via phone and virtual meetings for regional accounts across the U.S. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying distribution gaps, closing assortment voids, supporting pricing execution, and ensuring accurate, timely customer communication.

This person will partner closely with the VP of Sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent execution and build a strong sales foundation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Call on assigned regional and emerging customers through a combination of phone, Microsoft Teams, and in‑person meetings.
  • Conduct periodic in‑person visits including HQ calls and retail level customer calls to support execution and relationships.
  • Identify distribution gaps, assortment voids, and whitespace opportunities; support actions to close those gaps.
  • Support sales growth across all Monogram branded businesses and select private label opportunities.
Pricing, Orders & Execution
  • Communicate pricing updates clearly and accurately to customers, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal teams.
  • Support customers in accordance with minimum order quantities, product availability, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate item setup, pricing changes, and routine customer requests through disciplined follow‑up and execution.
Account Support & Communication
  • Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned customers on routine sales needs.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication between customers and internal stakeholders including Sales, Sales Operations, Business Development, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Track customer requests, pricing updates, and follow‑ups to completion.
Sales Process Discipline
  • Maintain accurate call notes, customer records, and opportunity tracking.
  • Support sales pipeline visibility through consistent documentation and communication.
  • Assist with basic customer analysis related to distribution, item mix, and sales performance.
