We are hiring a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow the Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment within a defined Sales Territory. The successful candidate must live within the territory and be a proactive, coachable, and results‑focused sales professional.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a critical member of the organization, the Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative will:
Build and manage relationships with kitchen & bath dealers, lead consultative sales discussions, and act as a trusted business advisor.
- Identify key account opportunities to drive substantial regional sales growth.
- Schedule and conduct face‑to‑face and virtual meetings to educate customers on our premium solutions.
- Maintain accountability for territory growth through new customer acquisition and deepening existing relationships.
- Analyze current buying patterns and develop strategies to strengthen supplier relationships.
- Deliver a state‑of‑the‑art customer service experience as a one‑stop shop.
- Stay current with product offerings, market conditions, and competitive analysis.
- Submit accurate system information and reporting in the CRM application.
- Successful outside sales experience with the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
- Passionate, proactive, coachable, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time‑management skills and self‑directed execution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities.
- Experience in CRM software is an asset.
- University degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
