As a Business Development Representative at Daxko, you are the first voice a potential customer hears. You spark conversations, uncover what organizations actually need, and help them see how Daxko's software can make a real difference. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you play a direct role in growing Daxko's reach across the health and wellness community.
What you’ll do- Own inbound and outbound lead engagement from first contact to booked demo, making every prospect feel heard and informed
- Lead consultative discovery calls that uncover real business needs and qualify the right opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up meetings for success
- Manage and nurture a lead pipeline through Outreach cadences, keeping prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle
- Contribute to team messaging, outreach strategy, and goal‑setting conversations
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and meetings booked
- Keep clean, detailed records in Salesforce and Outreach so nothing slips through the cracks
- Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to build rapport with people you’ve just met
- Organizational habits that let you manage multiple conversations at once without dropping the ball
- Comfort picking up new tools and technology quickly
- A resilient, goal‑oriented mindset that turns rejection into motivation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer‑facing experience
- 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or a business development role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
- Background in the fitness or wellness industry
