Position OverviewOutside Sales Professionals are trusted advisors who drive growth through strong B2B relationships and value-driven solutions. In the field, you’ll uncover opportunities, support clients, and fuel long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales Support
- Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships
- Provide professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during, and after a sale
- Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers of assigned contractors and/or strategic partners
- Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, designers, and building owners
- Develop and deliver sales presentations for new and existing customers in coordination with internal or vendor sales representatives
- Participate in trainings
- Attend and participate in required company training sessions and essential vendor trainings
- Support the Foundation in safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and being a Company of Choice
- Other duties as assigned
- Effective and skillful communication, negotiation, and computer skills with drive to succeed

- Ambition, strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset
- Result-driven attitude
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least two years of sales experience in the building materials industry preferred
- Background in Building Materials (Fiberglass insulation, spray foam insulation, and accessories) helpful
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office products

Sales Manager - The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate; actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and market
