This entry-level position serves as the client's first point of contact and will involve customer service, cash sales, will-call operations, and administrative support. Will answer incoming phone calls and direct customer inquiries, process customer payments and maintain accurate records, and prepare and organize sales and shipping paperwork. Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse, verify order accuracy, and communicate pickup timing to customers.

Maintain organized files and administrative records and support the sales team with various administrative tasks. Deliver professional, friendly customer service at all times!

Bachelor's degree - supply chain management, business, or related is a plus! Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service, retail, administrative, or office experience preferred! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! Steel industry experience is not required; training will be provided.

This position is designed as a development role where the employee will gain exposure to products, customers, operations, and sales processes with the opportunity to advance into an Inside Sales position.
