Part-time Wellness Coordinator

SWTHZ Cahaba Heights is seeking a driven, personable, and sales-minded Part-Time Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This is more than a front desk position - you’ll be the face of the studio experience, helping guests discover cutting-edge wellness services while driving memberships, retail sales, and long-term client relationships.

• Deliver an elevated guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Build authentic relationships with members and first-time guests
• Educate clients on SWTHZ services, memberships, and wellness offerings
• Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retail product purchases
• Follow up with leads and prospective members
• Help create an upbeat, luxury wellness environment
• Support daily studio operations and maintain a polished studio appearance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence and enthusiasm in a sales-focused environment
• Ability to thrive during busy, high-volume weekends
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

• Passion for wellness, fitness, hospitality, or customer experience preferred

Part-time Wellness Coordinators play an important role during some of our busiest and most opportunity-rich studio hours, including weekends. Team members earn a competitive hourly rate plus commissions, creating strong earning potential through membership conversions and guest engagement.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CPR and AED certification required
• Experience with membership sales is a strong advantage
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Role requires squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, prolonged standing, walking, and other physical activity associated with studio operations

• Part-time Wellness Coordinators are required to maintain weekend availability, including a minimum of regular Fridays and 1 weekend day per week
