Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers and drive payment collections and lease renewals. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership and ensure satisfaction with the product.
Responsibilities include updating account information, contacting customers who haven’t renewed, and supporting revenue and renewal goals while assisting with returns and deliveries as directed by management.
