Business Development Representative

We're looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities at McLeod Software. In this role, you'll connect with prospective customers through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. By joining McLeod Software you will help bring McLeod Software product and services to the transportation and logistics industry!

• Conduct prospecting and cold-calling efforts to transportation and logistics companies.
• Respond to inbound leads and marketing-generated inquiries.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Managers.
• Maintain CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive business growth.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience is a plus.
