Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $14.00 Per Hour

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (weekends until 5:00 p.m.)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facility
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Ability to transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation: Employees must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations or for other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement is available.
