Altec’s JJ Kane seeks an Auction Sales Coordinator to support sales and operations, act as a liaison between our sales force, customers, and auction teams in Birmingham. You will work with outside sales to ensure customer satisfaction and help outside reps focus on acquiring consignors.
Key tasks include quoting, tracking consignments, invoicing, coordinating with accounts receivable, and ensuring timely auction execution. Strong math, computer skills, and clear communication are required.
