Outside Sales Representative

A well-established and growing organization is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who enjoys managing a territory, building long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned territory.
• Identify business opportunities and generate new sales through prospecting and networking.
• Create and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and other sales‐related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within a CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and successful order execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and activity updates.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and training programs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• At least 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

• Ability to travel frequently throughout an assigned territory.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
