Bucks Bama Blitz is hiring Sales Representatives to support customer acquisition campaigns and customer engagement initiatives throughout Birmingham.

This role provides hands‑on experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, and relationship building while working directly with customers in face‑to‑face environments.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training is provided.

• Representing nationally recognized brands through face‑to‑face customer acquisition campaigns
• Speaking directly with customers and helping them explore products and services that meet their needs
• Building confidence in sales, communication, and customer engagement through hands‑on experience
• Learning consultative sales techniques used in events, residential campaigns, and promotional environments
• Creating positive customer experiences while building brand awareness
• Working alongside experienced team members to develop customer acquisition and relationship‑building skills
• Participating in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development sessions
• Contributing to individual and team campaign goals in a fast‑paced environment
