Vehicles Sales Management Trainee
This position is designed to provide general vehicle sales training, with additional focus on rental, finance, operations, HR, and sales & marketing. Incoming trainees will receive comprehensive training across all business units and must be willing to relocate within their geographic territory upon program completion.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers to improve retention and stay current on market trends; develop strategies to improve sales performance
- Perform operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management
- Assist Vehicle Sales Managers in achieving all location sales quotas, goals and objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred

CompensationHourly: $20.00–$23.00
