No sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. This is a permanent, full‑time position with opportunities for advancement into sales and leadership roles.

- Speak with homeowners about our products and services
- Generate interest and schedule appointments for our in‑home sales consultants
- Build relationships while providing outstanding customer service
- Work outdoors in assigned neighborhoods
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Professionally represent the Pinnacle brand in the community
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or canvassing experience is a plus but not required
- Full‑Time
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- Paid training during your first week (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
