An opportunity has opened for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for a specialist engineering business supplying energy recovery solutions into process manufacturing. Working across sectors including food & beverage, metals, paper and paint manufacturing, you’ll identify opportunities, carry out site surveys, prepare tender documents, manage the sales process through to project delivery, and work closely with the marketing team on business development initiatives.

This is a visible role with genuine progression opportunities into senior leadership.

• Mechanical or chemical engineering qualification
• Proven record of new business customer development
• Comfortable managing projects from initial enquiry through to installation
• Willingness to travel across the UK to customer sites
