Foot & Ankle Sales Representative

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals with a high level of intensity and commitment.
• Become the resident expert on Foot & Ankle solutions and provide accurate product knowledge to clients.
• Manage and maintain inventory of Foot & Ankle products and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Understand competitor offerings to establish credibility and trust with surgeons.
• Provide product advice and training during operating room consultations and other clinical encounters.
• Maintain frequent presence at patient care facilities and meet travel requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of clinical healthcare or sales experience (or a combination of both).
• 3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in product demonstration and sales techniques.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and database tools.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable operating in emergency or operating‑room environments.
• Availability to attend sales and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical conduct under the principles of responsibility (Adva Med) and applicable laws.

• 100% commission structure with eligibility for bonuses.

• Travel requirement: 20% of the role.
• Field‑based:
  Majority to 100% of time conducted at customer facilities within a defined territory.
• Remote:
  Option to work a majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.
• Hybrid:
  Combination of remote and on‑site work, with on‑site visits defined by managerial agreement.
