What You'll Be Doing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive profitable sales growth within the assigned territory
* Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with Heidelberg Materials’ products and services
* Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, volume, and margin objectives
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies

* Strong ability to develop customer relationships and influence purchasing decisions
* Demonstrated business acumen with the capability to manage a sales territory effectively
* Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to analyze market information and translate insights into actionable sales plans
* Proficiency with sales tools, technology, and reporting to manage performance and opportunities

Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic field-based environment with regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
