Position:
Sales Manager – CNC Machine Tools
Territory:
Alabama, Arkansas, NW, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee
To work with vendors to promote sales that benefit the vendor and Kearney Machinery
- Responsible for hiring and firing of salesmen. Also, monitoring the day-to-day performance of said salesmen.
- Work with management to establish and maintain sales goals for Kearney Machinery
- To be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Kearney‘s vendors
- To oversee reporting of USMTO data each month
- To oversee Kearney’s salesforce program. This will ensure that the information is always up-to-date.
- To maintain regular reporting to the owner of sales results, projections, vendor, updates, etc.
- To constantly search for new vendors for the improvement of Kearney Machinery.
- To attend vendor meetings, shows, and related functions.
- Coordinate Kearney‘s participation at IMTS
- International travel is required
