Renewal by Andersen, part of the Andersen Corporation, is the most nationally known provider in the home improvement industry offering replacement windows and doors.

Full‑Time (includes additional benefits) and Part‑Time Available.

• Assist with event/booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials.
• Must be eager to interact in conversations with guests using interpersonal skills.
• Schedule appointments for our customers to meet with sales consultants regarding our products that Renewal by Andersen offers.
• Ability to stand upright during your scheduled shift, stay energetic and approachable (you are the face of the company in this role).

• Competitive Pay Rate at $15.00/hr. plus earned uncapped commission.
• 90‑day evaluation pay increase and annual pay increases thereafter.

• Previous experience in customer service settings that include restaurant, hospitality and retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with event marketing and retail environment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn our techniques in lead generation and appointment setting.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have your own vehicle for this position.
