Commercial Sales Specialist

This Commercial Sales Specialist will expand our customer base and drive revenue across pest prevention, termite solutions, and Envirolawn services.

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to commercial customers.
• Cross‑sell pest and lawn services to existing clients.
• Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries.
• Execute a high volume of outbound and follow‑up calls.
• Close deals and meet monthly sales targets for pest, lawn, and termite services.
• Accurately measure properties and prepare detailed service proposals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships post‑sale and encourage referrals.
• Collect competitive intelligence and share insights with the team.
• Work with urgency, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior commercial pest control experience.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust and closes deals.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and excited by a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to learn technical service information and communicate it clearly.
• Clean‑cut, professional image with high integrity and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently, driving extensively, and spending time outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and pass drug screening.
