About this positionChange Lives. Build Relationships. Earn Big.
At Solano Law Firm, we're not just helping clients file paperwork—we're helping families create a better future.
As a Consultation Specialist, you'll be one of the most important people in a client's journey. You'll meet with prospective clients, learn their stories, help them understand their options, and guide them toward taking the next step in their immigration case.
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys the challenge of turning conversations into meaningful outcomes. Every day is different, every client has a unique story, and every successful consultation has the potential to change a family's future.
Bilingual RequirementFluency in both English and Spanish is required. The majority of clients are Spanish-speaking immigrants and their families. Consultation Specialists must be able to confidently conduct consultations, build relationships, explain processes, answer questions, and communicate professionally in both English and Spanish without the assistance of a translator.
If you're not fully fluent in both languages, this position will not be the right fit.
